Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup light brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk
½ cup butter (melted)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups milk chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix together dry ingredients and then add in wet ingredients. Be sure to grease the muffin tin or use muffin cups. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!

This recipe is really great as just a muffin base, you could add bananas or blueberries or anything you like. Next time I think I'll put some cinnamon sugar on top or a crumb topping. Yum : )
