K - "No buddy, not tonight." ::waiting for the weeping, wailing, gnashing of teeth, etc::
R - "Ok Mom"
Wha....??? That never happens, so I felt the need to praise his little patient heart.
K - "Raleigh, come here."
::he timidly comes over... thinking he's in trouble::
K - "Raleigh, I love you and you are the sweetest boy ever."
R - "Mom I have a secret for you, I'm really happy at you!"
K - "You know what Raleigh? I'm going to keep you FOREVER."
R - "Yeah, that's a good idea Mommy, because families are forever!!"
So many good happy feelings in that 3 minute interaction, I sure do love my sweet boy. So grateful for him and his cutie brother too. And their handsome dad. And life : )

Katie, that is SO sweet! I'm sure having two little boys can be really trying, but obviously something good is getting through to him! That has to be so rewarding :)
