Behold Your Little Ones

Tricky title, huh?  You thought I was going to be philosophical or something, muahaha!  Nope.  But I do have a funny story about that phrase.  Tonight we were reading our scriptures before family prayer and the boys were sitting on TOP of the couches, as usual.  We usually sing some of the Article of Faith songs (tonight we read instead) but Trenty was still waving his arms around and "conducting" the music somewhat. A little backstory, I have a hard time being super serious with my kids and sometimes I have to try REALLY hard to put a stern face on without laughing, anyway, flash forward to tonight.  Trenty being silly, Raleigh looking serious over on the top of the other couch, he looks over quite sternly at Trent interrupting the scriptures and gives him two words... "Not cool.".  LOL it was so funny, maybe you had to be there but I wanted to write that down for posterity.  Make note, future generations, that your Great-great-great-grandma Katie only had one proven parenting tactic, the "stern-look-and-call-someone-uncool" move.  Works every time.... almost ; )

Oh and the next scripture before prayers used the phrase "Behold your little ones"... and that I do!!

PS that last picture of Trenty is TOTALLY not posed, he put that outfit on and said "Bye!"... I wonder if he will ever work somewhere and have to wear that get-up someday, silly goose!
