Adventures and Pizza

Just the usual over here!  Nothing much to report, everyone is doing well.  I did finally finished Gone with the Wind though, yay!  Its definitely on my top 5 list of favorite books of all time.  I'm always thinking about it and talking about it, (sorry local friends ; ).  We're looking forward to Hunger Games, General Conference, Easter, and SUMMERRRR!!  Steve is building us a bed soon, so we are excited about that!  And since you made it this far, here's a little present:
Steve's Favorite Pizza Recipe
Pour in a food processor:
3 cups BREAD flour
1 TB sugar
2 tsp kosher salt
1.5 tsp yeast
2 TB olive oil
Put the lid on the processor and turn on, pour in 1 1/4 cup WARM water.  Let it run until the dough combines, it will make a ball (somewhat).  Dump the dough into an oiled bowl and shape into a ball.  Let rise an hour or so and then divide in two.  Roll each pizza out, put sauce and toppings on and cook at the highest temperature you can (ours is 550 degrees).  You'll need to watch the cheese melt and the crust brown to know when it's done, it doesn't take long (maybe 8 minutes).  (A note on cheese: Steve uses Whole Milk Mozzarella from Wally World, it melts a lot better than pre-shredded).  We like to top ours with pineapple, pepperoni, and I cut up an onion and a bell pepper and saute it with half a tube (is that the word?? ew!) of breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled.  This is for you Sarah L. ; )

And if you made it through that, here's another present:
He's such a tyrant, that Trent!!! : )
