Only took two years of beating up the contractor paint to convince ourselves the work and money was worth it, and oh it is SO worth it!! I absolutely love it and it seriously boosts my mood : ) Stay tuned... we are on a roll and can't wait to get rid of ALL the tan! Oh and dress up the walls... my poor pinterest boards are overloaded as it is, so it might take a while to decide what to put up there. Hopefully not another two years though, haha!
Next up... the stairs and the hall! Anyone got a ladder? Heh.
Oh PS I know it looks like poor Steve is doing all the work in these pictures (he's doing the finishing touches) but I seriously helped! And I mean sore arms-bruised fingers-sacrificed naptimes and late nights-and many stupid jokes about how the colors match our Target diapers-kind of helped... lol! Someone's gotta provide the entertainment!

Looks great! You've given me extra motivation to finally paint my walls, too.

Love the colors! You did good. And did you build a table and benches too? Did I miss a post about that?
We've lived in our house 8 years and I'm on round 2 of painting some rooms because I got bored with the colors. I'm about to paint my downstairs bathroom turquoise and I'm so excited for the finished product! :)
